This week we head to Crystal River Florida and Crystal Isles RV Resort, another Thousand Trails campground for us. Your observation about Thousand Trails Encore Parks is pretty much dead on the money. We been with TT for about 3 years and agree we’ve made our money back from the investment and yearly dues. We are full time in our RV. However only about 10 to 15 sites per Encore Park are set aside for TT. We play what’s called the Florida Shuffle, with two weeks at an Encore, two weeks at a TT (of which are only 3 in the entire state) and back and forth all winter! As long as I have full hookups, a level site and a clear north sky for my satellite dish, I’m a contented camper, not always happy, but contented hoping that in two weeks or a month things may improve! 😉😉😉

Thousand Trails always gets mixed reviews. The spots may have been booked, but no shows.

Check your air admittance valve under the sink. The little flipper inside may have gotten stuck open causing bad smell coming up from tanks.

We fell in love with it last Thanksgiving!!! Can’t wait to get back in couple weeks!!! You will love it!

Yall find the greatest places to eat and visit. We rented a boat the last time we were there. Took it to the Springs and had a BLAST! Swam with a Gator and a Manatee. Get some great video this weekend. We weren’t able to see much there last week. ‘Love ya from The Shack’!

We stayed at the crystal islands as a thousand trails member and our site opened up to two other rvs sewer hoses!! Our picnic table was literally next to there hoses! One of the worst sites we have ever had! Meanwhile we walked around and all of the other sites were empty and so much nicer! We did not renew our membership with them after that!!

Great video! I purchased the Adoretrip 2500A jump starter, just as you described. It not only inflates tires and provides illumination as you mentioned, but it can also start a car, making it incredibly convenient. Just a few days ago, I even helped someone on the road who couldn't start their vehicle. Having one of these jump starters in the car is indeed essential.

I find this AdoreTrip 2500A jump starter to be highly reliable; regardless of the weather conditions, it effortlessly starts my vehicle. I'm planning to get one for my younger brother as a Christmas gift.
