I'm so excited for this! I think it's kind of silly how locals get so upset about developmemts when they literally live in a suburban metropolitan area. You should expect that. Huntersville is NOT rural. It may have been at one point, but it has been a suburb of Charlotte so basic common sense would tell you that its going to grow..

Its an exclusive club $10k membership fee and $500 a month. Only 500 to people not living in the community. It serves only a very elite group, not the community

I'm for it. We have the biggest lake in the Carolinas, but a total of maybe 100 yard of beach that your allowed to swim at.
