If you do most of the "new to dota+" challenged you get around 30k. Then you get more if you play alot of different heroes and level them up. If you play 40 games a week then you might get around 70-100k

That's cause you only remember bad supports. Just like how people act like their mmr brackets is full of morons when there are some diamonds in the rough but no one ever remembers them. We are more likely to remember awful supports then we are to remember good supports
