I don't know how or why the boss tried to run away from me when I approached. It's like he knew what was coming.
This took WAY longer than I would have liked, but I felt like showing off Reverse Polarity as an effective means to heal.

For what it's worth, most people consider this the hardest boss in the game. Your home point is probably going to be stuck here until you figure something out, unless you enjoy swimming all the way back up the tree...

@@auraguard0212 The boss and his minions inflict a crazy amount of damage. If you don't have a setup capable of killing the boss quickly, the whole fight revolves around knowing when to buff/debuff and blind which attacks. The fixed damage leer attack + the follow-up attack that happens right afterwards (along with the minion also attacking) is typically not survivable with most tank setups, so blinding the boss so that the follow-up attack misses makes that much more manageable.

Sadly I already beat that boss a long time ago without recording it. It's worth noting that it only possesses single target attacks, so if you manage to keep your main tank alive and prevent/dispel Regen, it should be a fairly straightforward fight.

What's your tank's setup? I've done that fight with identical stance/buffs, and he still gets hit for hundreds

It's been so long that I've almost completely forgotten, but the new Crit Resist stat introduced in the latest balance patch should make this fight FAR more manageable.
