I love the green shade in the media room! I feel like it's more natural for the seating behind the sofa in the media room to be up a little bit higher, more like a movie theater set up. Plus, if you have kids who want to sit up there and then adults sitting on the sofa even with the taller chairs I feel like that's weird. Course I was just imagining kids throwing popcorn at the adults heads the whole time, ha! That is a VERY nice home- I love that the walls aren't just all grey! So over the grey! The upstairs layout is kind of weird though...I feel like it gets too loud to have the media room and game room right there with all the bedrooms, especially when the upstairs is open to the downstairs with the balcony and that tends to get echoy/the noise amplifies. I've been in houses with a similar setup and I dunno how they stood it because I feel like you could hear everything going on up there! Overall though that is such a nice house and they did an amazing job with the design and staging!

I love your vlogs. Even though you feel like you’re not doing much I like seeing them. It kind of mimics my life minus the kiddos. And Cam seems like such a good baby. Do you think there is any difference in temperament between Camden and Christian?

What parts of Texas? Texas is a big state with four major cities.

@@niecymichelle1 Garland. Sachse, Plano, Richardson forney, and Wylie are good places to live with good isd.. Frisco.. grapevine, Little elm.... mickinney, prosper, Anna, Allen Texas have better ISD's and more upscale. South of Dallas is mostly hood. Desoto is mostly hood. Nice apartments and nice homes for cheap.

@@niecymichelle1 i also know of a realtor who can help you and send you listings of homes and tell you about the area. I actually know two people. 1. Help me build my home and the other j will use when I sell my home and purchase another one.
