Hi Gina, I noticed that on the fourth herringbone, your thread exits on the right but mine exits on the left and it won’t work when I try to bead across for the clasp. I have followed your instructions.

I love your work, have done several as gifts. I was wondering how do I save the finish on the beads? I buy more expensive finishes but the finish comes off so how do I fix it before it comes off

I don’t think you can. I always buy permanent finish in Toho, and I think Miyuki has Duracoat. It is usually only the Metalic beads that loose the finishes. So, in these beads make sure you get those that say they has long lasting finishes.
