CS:GO but when you Frag someone they Join Your Team

We made a new Counter-Strike game mode where when you frag someone they immediately respawn on your team! The match goes until one team has all 10 players. This worked especially well on the map cs_insertion2, it was like Zombie Mod mixed with Hide and Seek.
When thing no work good change thing don't quit, good English.

Idea: Deathmatch, but when you die, you only respawn after your killer dies. At the end of the game, the last player standing has killed everyone without dying.

Nearly impossible, let's say a match of 10 players. One player kills 7, and he stands against one with 3 kills. He kills him and now he stand against 3 players. One out of the three kills the other two, and he kills them. Now he is against 2. It would take forever and nearly impossible to win.

@@guy3027 Your math does not check out at all... If you're in a game with 10 total players, and player One killed 7 people, it is impossible for him to stand against another player with 3 kills because there would only be 2 people player One has not killed (and they do not come back until player One is killed). Meaning either: - Player One stands against two other players with NO kills each OR - Player One stands against one other player who has 1 kill This is not "nearly impossible" to win at all (but the more people you play with the harder and longer the match will be)

This reminds me of "hide n seek". Basically, everyone hides somewhere on a map except one/a few player(s). Everyone gets the weakest pistol possible. The seeker hasn't "tagged" you until they've whittled your health down with their shitty pistol to 0. The tagged person joins the seekers team and tries to find the remaining hiders. Hiders win if they survive until time runs out (2 minutes ish). Seekers win if they tag down all the hiders. Hiders cannot shoot at the seekers, but they can use flashbangs and smokes. I played a modified version of this on Socom II and it was so fun. The only difference was it was a 5v5 split of hiders/seekers and there was no joining the other team when you died as a hider. Roles of hider/seekers would swap every round. Whoever won as seeker the most would win the game. There were some really intense situations when a hider was found and tried to escape to a new hiding place before getting tagged to zero.

get all of your friends in a csgo lobby, and you can create a "server" by havibg the leader choose a workshop map, everyone will load into it. from there, you gotta use some console commands to make sure it's set up alright. First, i'd do mp_autoteambalance 0 to make uneven teams possible. then, do mp_respawn_on_death_t 1 and mp_respawn_on_death_ct 1, so everyone can freely respawn. Then, you can just play like normal and people can change teams freely when they die. Hope that helps!

It's so sad this kind of maps isn't popular. I like cs mechanics and skin market, but "normal" maps are boring, braindead, doesn't require much intellect, empty, small and very limited for me. I would enjoy much more if all maps would be like this, but god damn teenagers not only keep playing typical braindead minimaps, but playing only 3 of them (which is minfernust, obviously). I'm so glad to see you agree that Danger Zone quite simply doesn't work. Having said that, I really do think a survival-type mode could work in CS:GO, with the biggest problem in DZ being the massive open maps where ranged weapons dominate, since this makes the vast majority of weapons in CS:GO irrelevant. Maps with tighter corners and shorter sight lines in Danger Zone would help it a lot, but really it needs an entire overhaul; perhaps add in rounds like in a typical CS:GO match and a 2 minute timer, so it's basically a bunch of small teams trying to be the last man standing, first team to win 5 rounds, earn money after each round etc, I can see it working much better than DZ honestly. DZ tried to reinvent the wheel and I don't think 'CS:GO but it plays like a Battle Royale' was the right way of going about it, but a survival mode has promise.

This is an incredibly cool idea, I'd also like the inverse for this map where all the players except 1 spawn in the centre and then the sole attacker can breach the house they're in, stealing new team mates with kills. It would be game changing if you guys released all of your cs;go gameplay modifications for community server's to use, especially is they're written with Sourcemod or something which works on multiple versions and platforms like that. Yet another great idea you've got here.

The custom games is the best unique content out there. This is a whole world that most csgo players are not exposed to.. back in 1.6 we had lots of servers with fun/unique games that were super fun to play with friends, the novelty would wear off when somebody finds a meta and abused it.. but than you just go to another gamemode/server and just keep playing.. your videos are a reminder of the fun I used to have back in the 1.6 days. Hopefully someday Valve will take notice of what you are doing and implement an easier way to play fun/different gamemodes... Keep doing what you are doing man, this is great content!

the beauty with counter strike is that you can costumize a server however you want and you are not restricted to play an fps mode like other games' custom lobies

5:37 I would rank your channel out of everything on KZbin one of the tops. Fun gameplay, someone to care about and watch their vids, and good life lessons every once in a while. I really like what you have done with all the cool game modes and hope to see more from you. You are one of the people that really got me in to CS and Valorant, and I think you are a great influence. Have a good one!

We used to do something similar in lan parties, on like death match or aim maps, where if someone kills you for a certain number of times (the number changed but it was usually 5) you join their team.

I played CS from beta 1 to beta 5.2 and loved the old style of maps (siege, docks, facility, tire). Insertion reminds of these more chaotic set-ups than the more balanced maps we now have. Oh plus who didn't love the scoped m4.

Dude your mod videos are the most fun gaming videos on the whole of yt in my opinion! It shows that you are enjoying them yourself as well. Maybe you could look at expanding this concept to other games as well, although I see why CS is particularly suited for it. For all we know you might find the key to the new mainstream game format!

I've seen this gamemode about 10 years ago in Roblox, back when it was still respectable, and I couldn't stop playing it. As you said, it's so casual yet you're able to push yourself to the limit everytime. Gamemodes involving Team Swapping will always be casual. Good thing is that they can also bring some interesting gameplay to the table, if only people was willing to experiment more on the "casual fun" side besides the "casual competitive" I bet we could have some really fun games and modes, not only in CS but in gaming as a whole.

You could do so much with this game mode! Imagine each team having a shared hp pool. As one team grows larger their shared hp grows thinner, while the few players left on the smaller team have much more hp per player. There are lots of ways you could balance it so the odds are always 50/50. Like the final player becomes invisible or something crazy. Or maybe the teams can grow in each direction. The last player left can fight to rebuild his own team.

Brings back old 1.6 zombiemod memories. The ones where a random guy is suddenly turned, and the maps were specifically created to cater that mod.
