I would never send the skin before getting the money, that's how most of the Danish community does it either way.. But in general, be aware and if a deal is too good of a deal, be extra aware..

I’ve started collecting skins for my dream inventory, some of the best skins I have rn are: FN: AK Slate, Deagle Kumichu Dragon, USP Stainless. And later I started receiving an unusual amount of friend requests on steam (specially Chinese accounts lol) and idk if I did know them or not but they get insta blocked since I didn’t see a reason to friend them while supposedly playing with them.
