I think it's very hard for MMORPG, cause they can see your stats in the database that your 100 ATK shouldnt be dealing 1M damage. most of these are just wall hacks or aimbots which is harder to tell if your just good and if you're spray guessing where his head will likely pop out. If you talk about bots, I dunno, you'll probably walk the same path as other bots who don't use DMA so Admins would just manually ban you.

these kinds of server side exploits are easily detected, its just a numbers dont add up game. cs2 is a bit tougher because its more like 'his game sense doesnt add up' which can involve a lot of variables when involving the 3-d space that cs2 has. sure.. there are magic bullet exploits and things like that in cs2, but theyre blatant and low hanging fruits

In theory, almost every cheat that utilise client-sided information to gain an advantage without requiring to write memory would benefit from going the DMA route. The answer I think you're actually wanting is "Yes, a previously detected cheat could be undetected by replicating the same actions with a DMA-board, but no, it's not as simple as plugging in the component and copying the file over.". You'd potentially have to pay someone to get this done for you.
