Mam 2016 ques,between 200-299 we have numbers like 202,222,232,242,252.........292 ,which begins and ends with '2' question asks either begins or end with....should this numbers be included?

As u said 202, 222,..,292 have to considered eventhough it has 2 at both start and ending since, in question they haven't mentioned 'which has ONLY either begin with or end with 2'. Is it clear now
