38:56 'fuel' is not a category. Wood is fuel. ANYTHING is fuel that combines with heat and oxygen to cause a fire, as explained in the 'triangle of fire' is fuel. If we assume that you mean a FLAMMABLE LIQUID, ie category B fire, the 'correct' answer given (B) Dry powder is not correct, as (D) Foam is also appropriate. ( as is CO2 Carbon Dioxide, but that isnt in the options.)

I feel when they say fuel they mean petrol etc. making dry powder correct
