Sir, i was on deputation in army postal service from department of post. After completion of my deputation i have joined in my parent department. ESM card was issued to me. i am not getting pension but drawing salary from department of Posts. while purchasing bike from AFD, pension slip/pensioner I Card is mandatory to upload. as i was on deputation and after return from army i have joined my parent department and drawing salary instead of pension. in such case what kind of document can be uploaded or what is the procedure to buy bike from AFD.
