These types of scams are very common at Tata dealers and even Tata's employees are involved in it, I faced similar issue with Tata Safari where initially they refused to accept any issue and later on after legal threats they finally agreed to refund all the amount.

Paint thickness varies on inner body and outer body panels, that's normal for any car. But some beadings and plastic gaps are surely out of line. The showroom should correct all faults to the satisfaction of the customer. No question about it.

Paint thickness varies but every brand and model has a normal range as the pain job is done by robots so it's fairly consistent. However, in case of a repaint the thickness is way more than other panels as original paint is not completely removed before repainting. Tata cars usually have a range around 80 to 100. Premium brands are usually around 200

I also purchased Tata Nexon XM(S) through CSD at Prayagraj. Same day it is noticed that indicators are working intermittently. I told this matter to dealer,he suggested to go to Tata motors servicing center for servicing. During first servicing I told regarding this matter, they understood the problem. They tried to rectify it but could not do it, and suggested to leave the vehicle for rectification but I was not in position to leave the vehicle. During second servicing I told the same and left vehicle for one week . They identified the problem and demanded the new item i.e. BCM. After two week item was received and replaced but problem is remain same. Still they are discussing the problem with their technician and unable to provide solution.

I am from the automobile industry and have got the opportunity to work for kia-hyundai, tata, mercedes, bmw and MG. Let me tell you, korean vehicles are some of the best looking cars but you can never tell when they will breakdown. German cars are engineered to perfection for performance and handling and Japanese cars are the most reliable compared to any other, because Japanese have a concept to make their products last for 100 years ie, a lifetime. In spite of seeing all the features and looks of modern vehicles, I still own a Maruti, and this our 6th Maruti car. As a thumb rule always mind following : 1. If a big size vehicle== check braking response and effectiveness on braking distance, spongy pedal should not occur 2. If a hydraulic clutch== be assured that you will face some problem with the hoses or clutch master cylinder 3. If an automatic DCT== judder will take place in vehicle at some point in time in future

This is an accidental unit which has been repainted and repaired. It has been palmed off by the dealer to the poor customer, in this case. Complaint to Tata Management immediately. I have seen a lot of such manufacturer & dealer complaints off late, for Tata products. Also since he is a fauji, a consumer court case needs to be filed immediately, for quick redressal

Kal hisaab karenge ki canteen se kya kya milta hai aur kya nhi. Ye government ne tax maaf kiya hai tumne nhi. Aur iske liye gharbaar, pariwar sab chhodna padta hai. Koi ahsaan nhi kar raha tu mere upar. Dusre din Sari details nikali aur transportation charge 6700/- wapas kiya. Gear lock lagaya. Mats dale aur maafi bhi maangi. Hamne kaha abhi license raddh kara ke rahunga ki es tarah ka behavior kiya hai. Aapko khud jana tha aur paper check karne the aur poochhna tha ki delivery ke time Tum apni aisi taisi kara rahe the. hello brother, my dealer not confirming for final delivery date they add day to day but today i go to tata stockyard and i got 2 nexon in grey and then i text my dealer to send my chassis no. he send me chassis number when i came to home after checking both two cars with same colour and model that i purchase.then i found that the second car with same chassis number.now please tell me what i can do because i called dealer in morning he told me that my car is coming tomorrow by trunk.. and why they saying lies one mistake is that my father take finance already and that loan amount was transferred to dealer already but not full... please guide me for tomorrow...

I am using Tiago more than 6 years and it is good car .after 82000 kms still like brand new. Person should do PDI Before taking delivery. Be aware whatever brand you buy .

I think it's show room issue, while transportation it may have damaged and they may have got ready and repainted. Delivery of vehicle day before incident happened and repair they have taken 2to3days , so they have handover u another for time being. Once check the insurance it had claimed or not. This incident has been occurrd after alertment of vehicle to you. U must file a case in consumer court on showroom
