I use left hand knuckle because joysticks are better than touchpads for movement (when they dont break), and right hand vive wand because the shape of it makes the connected controller halfstock technique easier. Could also 3d print some attachment for a right hand knuckle but im lazy.

I'm a big CSGO fan. I've only played a little Pavlov, but as far as game balance Pavlov needs to decide if it wants realism or competitive balance. Knife throwing is autistic. Infinite ammo, bad idea. Not entirely familiar with grenades in Pavlov, with that said, there is a reason you can't really die to a single nade in CSGO. Gunplay first and foremost, always. Excuse my ignorance.
