My thoughts exactly. It is extremely difficult for anyone, no matter who you are to win a tournament. Especially with traveling and other miscellaneous expenses. I've always thought that pool players are honestly underpaid for the most part. Its crazy.

Ichiwo KonnichiwaSo are you jealous of Shane's accomplishments or............? I guess I'm a little confused as to why you would make such a stupid comment that is so obviously wrong in so many ways. I don't think I need to argue on Shane's behalf; but, not only is he one of the best players in the world (said so by the other players), but he is also probably the most humble player in the world. He has been steadily winning tournaments and playing exceptionally for years now, and even you admit that he is a "has-been." His play hasn't deteriorated at all since he started winning, and he has only gained knowledge, experience, and.........well.........money. The only conclusion that I get from studying your comment is that you wanted to stir up controversy and get some attention; and that, my good friend, you have accomplished.

Can someone clarify when kiamco jumped at the six ball and the cue ball went up on the table wasn't that a foul being that the cue ball hit the wood of the table not just the cushion
@legendhavok17237 жыл бұрын
No. If it goes up on the rail and comes back onto the surface it's not a foul. However, had the cue ball or the object ball came to rest up there or gone off the table entirely it would have been a foul.

Or if the CB had hit a piece of chalk it would've been a foul also

Has anyone looked at old footaged and tried to apply a Fargo rating to their play? It seems like the only way you could compare era's. Of course that wouldn't account for equipment changes, but not that much as changed other than low deflection shafts, which a fair amount of top players don't use anyway.

Saying, just "Finals", is confusing. Some people mean it's *the* final but others mean it's a match from quarter or semi or even the final. If it's the final I say just that, "final". It's one match if it's the last match to determine the winner. If it's not the final say what it is, for example semi-final.

It’s really annoying when the commentators talk about how tough the table is, and then Warren proceeds to make 5 balls on the break. The commentator also said that you can’t cheat the pockets because of how small they are, and then Warren rattles the 10-ball into the corner pocket the very first game. Yeah guys, really tough table. 😕
@lstone2346 жыл бұрын
Good point Greg.
@AlexZander6883 жыл бұрын
4 1/4" inch pocket on the Diamond table. That is small for American pool tables. Of course, that 10-ball in first game would not go in on a rounded pocket table like English 8-ball or Chinese 8-ball. But 5 balls on the break does not happen very often, no matter the table.
