CSIR-JRF fellowship Activation. how to activate CSIR JRF fellowship step by step full procedure.

I joined phd in 2022 and get SRF institute fellowship . Now I have qualified csir JRF. So if now I change my fellowship to CSIR can I get more money overall if it takes 6 years to finish phd?

Net certificate n award letter alag alag hota hai kya? Or agar hota hai to award letter kab tak aayega...uske bina hm fellowship apply nh kar skte?
