I followed this video step by step and had no problems until it was time to do the increases. After lowering the initial two needles on both sides, then one by one another 4, each time I would crank after lowering a needle the stitch would drop. Any suggestions about what I should check that I may have missed? Thanks! And thank you for posting this awesome video. It is very clear and concise.

I'm not sure what I'm screwing up, but I keep getting holes/gaps at the corner of my heels... is there anything I should be watching for to prevent this?
