Mr. Kailash Purohit is qualified Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has done Bachelor of Laws from K C Law College and Bcom from Mumbai University.
Mr. Purohit is Head - Group Corporate Secretarial at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, Parent Company since November’2017. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal, he was associated with well known organisations such as L&T Finance Holdings, Capital First Limited (now IDFC First Bank), Tilaknagar Industries Limited & Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels). Mr. Purohit has overall 14 years of experiences in the field Secretarial & Compliance. Since start of the career, Mr. Purohit has been associated with Equity Listed entities alongwith other Regulatory License. His forte is into Listing Compliance, SEBI Regulations such as ICDR Regulations, Takeover Code, Insider Trading norms, NCD regulations, Buyback, etc. He has also monitored & implemented various complex group restructuring by way of scheme of amalgamations, merger, demerger, slump sale. He has managed various corporate actions like Buybacks, Dividends, Bonus Issue, Right issue, Preferential issue, etc. He also has extensive experience in managing RBI Compliances applicable to NBFC & HFC entities and FEMA Norms applicable to offshore entities. Thank you so much for this opportunity....Jo CS course me entry le rahe hai unke liye ye bahooot helpful rahega..just one advice thi ki..agar aap aise broad cast Hindi or English both languages me hogi to bahot accha hoga..qunki 12 th pass out students or unke parents Jo small town se hai un sabko English Jada samajti nahi hai ..but aap ka ye session itna achha hai ki I have no words.. Yes I m start CS journey at 36 in 2021.... I m house wife, I have 2 kids, live with joint family..but doing my passion..I want to become CS..I gave lots of attempt stil I have not cleared CS executive..but I m trying my best till not become CS..now my nice want to become CS, she just 12 passout..

Yes absolutely..as in firm a trainee will get more exposure to various assignments whereas if a trainee completes it's training from a co ..then there's a high possibility that he will get exposure of a particular field ..so usually corporate prefers a trainee who is exposed to wider scope of work which is possible in firms ..this is general assumption .
