He said that he being given full independence to pursue the case wherever it went and to be able to make whatever charges in whatever venue was the proper jurisdiction yet he needed permission from those different US Attorney’s, all which were appointed by Biden, and was being blocked by each of them. He was told he had full independence but wasn’t really given it, which led to only that plea agreement since it was the only case he could properly make in his own jurisdiction. It’s not lying, it’s being told one thing and being told he’s fully in charge and then learning he isn’t and that nobody would allow his case to exist in their AOR.

Ziegler is relaying only the facts he gathered - the IRS doesn't prosecute people - they refer them to the DOJ. Only 10% of referrals result in DOJ investigations (they probably do a cost benefit on each referral). In 2018, Trump's AG Barr assigned the AG of MD (Weiss) to investigate. Weiss recently wrote letters to the committee heads ( which makes these letters subject under the penalty of perjury, if he lied) that say he has full authority from Garland to pursue the case across the states. Five years later, a plea deal was made with Hunter - but Weiss said the case is still open. Weiss may have more to do with Hunter. MTG should be kicked out of congress for showing dick pics to a gallery of people including underage youth and later posting them on the web.. She is an absolute disgrace. -
