It's a special decal, of course. Restore upgrades affect the rank of the car just as much as any other upgrade

1. I've already explained it in another video's comment section: I lost my save file and I didn't want to grind through the whole game again, especially now that it's dead and it's even more difficult to earn cash 2. aside from these videos I don't play this game at all anymore, so it'd be even more pointless to actually grind for weeks
