thanks Kristine, very detailed! I was wondering if you have some specific tips about step 1, "understanding the context", which helps you define the IROs? I have seen that many consultants also look at peers but it seems like you are looking more at the company itself and other standards, as well as the ESRS?

@@purple_rei14 thank you for posting the question! For making the initial list of “Impacts, Risks and Opportunities” I would suggest starting with ESRS list of topics and subtopics. It can be expanded looking at other companies in your industry and that’s always a good source of insight. You can also check SASB industry specific standards to expand the list further.
