Sir here you narrate that in which we show a interest and turn to intentions apparently we get a expertise in that activity it is simple tip but vvvv strong point if we act upon. Once I was appear for driving test as practically as I never drive the SHAHZOR and I was little confused that how is possible to pass the test but any how I did not appear on that day only observed return to home and also watched more videos on KZbin. Next day I appeared and I passed the practical exam without any training.

Dear Umer Riaz sb, with due regards I have a humble question, Would you please answer this questions:- Do you feel and convinced that these guys with subjects "Punjabi, USA history, geography, international relations, some English Mastery, and Bla Bla" are competent enough or compatible with the present technologically advanced world? Do you think these so-called successful CSS candidates will serve the nation or remain in their air-conditioned offices? Please reply by putting your hand on your heart. My experience with these "bureaucrats" is the worst one and they are real corrupt people of our nation.

Sir in consideration of socio economic conditions of Pakistan, 3 attempts and 30years age limit do not make environment for healthy competition. This is the reason bureaucratic class is getting squeezed and limited to a particular class of society. Most of the successful candidates are either relatives of CSPs or siblings of CSPs or many are qualified from top universities. This trend may widen the class difference in society and social mobility and equal development may affect. There is a dire need to enhance age limit and number of chances as it is in India. CSS trends in Pakistan technically pushing bureaucracy in Pakistan towards more red tapism, class consciousness, arrogance, imbalanced and unequal power distribution. It is a strange fact that majority of bureaucrats are relatives of each other. It has also been once said by Imran Khan 😋 Sorry to say it may convert in to a group or power block. This is the reason power blocks are fighting each other in Pakistan. Instead of focusing on issues of Pakistan. Accountability and check are impossible in such a setup. This time toppers are son and daughter of senior bureaucrats. It is not a good trend from any angle. These things are biggest impediments in the way of development. And if we read history, such type of trends are found in nations who were destroyed by foreign powers and from inside. I am amazed there are a lot of thinkers in Pakistan but they do not talk about such serious issues. Anarchy, chaos, extremism and dissatisfaction among people arise from these factors. These are technical issues which are instrumental in causing movements and protests in societies of poor counties or developing countries.

AoA sir , in view of the recent unfortunate incident in Sialkot , we got to see an outrage from our public. Looks like our people are not quite happy with our civil servants as they showed a lot of resentment in the wake of the incident. We would like to hear something from your side about this issue. Why is the public not satisfied with our civil servants?
