When you moved the enthalpy terms to the RHS, I think there should be a plus sign before the FA0 term instead of a minus sign. (Ha(T)*(Fa + Fa0 - Fa + rAV)). Do correct me if I'm wrong. I really the channel by the way. Very helpful
