I donno about undergrad but for MBA programs some of the US universties offer TOEFL/IELTS waver provided u show dem the proof dat English was the medium of instruction in ur prev education. Im an MBA applicant myself and I know some B schools like McCombs at Ut Austin and Cox at Smu wich provide Toefl waiver. Der r lot more unis wich do dat as well. U have to check wid d university u r applying to..dats d best option. Ask dem if provide Toefl/Ielts waiver
