CSU Rec Personal Trainer: Jade Duvall

Jade is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Cleveland State University, all while holding a certification from the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA). Her connection with fitness goes back to high school when she was burdened with an eating disorder, low self-confidence, and minimal gym experience. Despite the challenges, Jade’s determination drove her to gain 40 pounds and discover a profound passion for fitness and overall well-being. Now, her ultimate goal is to ignite the same passion within others and guide them on their fitness journeys. Jade loves working with all individuals and holds expertise in functional fitness and weight training, although she is well-versed in tailoring workouts for any preference or need. With her boundless enthusiasm, Jade is dedicated to helping others find their own path to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
