So, if I’m lifting a dumbbell curl for biceps should I start the the dumbbell in top position or bottom position? Can you explain how to breathe if the dumbbells are in bottom position?

I'm loving it. I Ordered the Ares from Rep fitness. I think I'm gonna try to structure my entire workout routine to cable's only. Bench ,curls,dead lifts and rows. I think I can get way more done in a shorter amount of time

Love this exercise. Just incorporated it in my chest set. I feel this so much more than a regular dumbbell/barbell bench press. And it's a lot safer. I always go to the gym alone and don't want to ask strangers to spot me. It's definitely a keeper.

You don't need a spotter. Just don't put collars on the bar and learn the roll of shame. And don't go too heavy unless you have a spotter stick to 10-12 reps or more. Or use a cage/safety rack if your gym has one.

Can this be done with a reverse grip to hit the lower pec?

Most chest exercises won’t target the “lower” or “upper” pec, they just target the chest, so to answer your question I’d say no

I wish I didn't hate peanut butter, but those energy balls still look tasty! Maybe I'll try it with a substitute besides peanut butter. Thanks for showing some of the simple kitchen tools to use to shape and craft the recipes.

IT'S NOT FOR DRYING OUT YOUR SWEATY-ASSED GYM CLOTHES AFTER A LONG RUN ON THE TREADMILL OR OTHER CARDIO! That device is intended strictly for use after a SWIM in the pool to rinse out excess POOL WATER, which is much cleaner than your sweaty gym clothes because swimsuits have been doused through a chlorinated, pool full of chlorine (a decontaminating agent). PLEASE STOP WRINGING OUT YOUR NASTY, SWEATY GYM CLOTHES IN THE SWIMSUIT WATER EXTRACTOR! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

YES!! I have been fretting ever since I joined if I should wipe off the mats (the hanging and floor) after each use. I felt weird because I was the only one doing it but I did it anyway!! YIPPEEE!!
