CSX 1871 leads I007 @ Rose Lake, IL

After getting word that CSX 1871 was on I007, I headed out from university to Illinois to catch him. Luckily, I arrived 20-25 minutes before he came into Rose Lake.
1871 is CSX’s latest heritage unit. It is painted in the Atlantic Coast Line (ACL) livery (specifically the purple, yellow, and white scheme). It was just recently released from Waycross, and to think it would make it all the way out here in the STL area is astounding to me.
