Edit: Since the recording of this video, CSX has released 2 new sticker units, Number 909 the Conrail Quality sticker unit and number 7203, RF&P sticker unit.

Quick question: why are CSX SD70MACs #4551 & #4553 being rebuilt and why do they no longer wear their commerative stickers since they were given the name logo units?

They have both already been rebuilt in the MAC program, and following the rebuild they were repainted. The stickers were not replaced afterwards

No, they were repainted in 2019. I’ve seen them both in the last 2 months and they both no longer wear them

They were rebuilt, some became obsolete and others were wrecked

366 with the Chessie System was burned with DJ of "DJ's Trains" KZbin Channel. His story of the event was really interesting and well done.

CSX 323 was spotted in russel, KY being moved unknown if he is back in storage or went somewhere else, 366 was burned apparently both 601 & 02 are being rebuilt currently unknown if they'll still have their spirits 3010 has a very faded circle where the emblem was (when he mentioned the dash 8 chessie system emblem I think that was a typo so he means the chessie system emblem is being rebuilt) 8077 is still damaged and will most likely not see service again

Where it is sitting in waycross I can guarantee 600 & 601 aren’t getting rebuilt

@@1mvalkyrie I’m not exactly sure where I’m the yard, I’ve had several sources confirm their there. I also have had several sources confirm 602 was brought out to rebuild, you never know though

Here are some facts about some of the units: CSX #1, #2, & #3 are the OCS locomotives. CSX #173 was originally numbered #1, but was renumbered to make way for the 3 B&O units. CSX #323 was spotted in Fort Worth, Texas on 4/3/22, but sadly it is waiting to be rebuilt. CSX #356 may have been rebuilt/scrapped, as it doesn't appear on Heritage Units. CSX #5327 & #5461 are also one of the few CSX ES40DCs to wear YN3B paint. CSX #7765 appears to be rebuilt, but still wears the Chessie sticker.
