CSX I032 PRIORITY/INTERMODAL WITH AN EMD SD70MAC LEADER

Күн бұрынCSX I032-24 (Jacksonville, FL - North Bergen, NJ) Eastbound Priority/Intermodal freight train clearing West Feltonville (BAK17.4) in Pennsylvania on the CSX PHILADELPHIA SUBDIVISION on 8/25/2024 @ 14:16. Lead engine was the CSXT 4707 (EMD SD70MAC) attached to the CSXT 3347 (GE ET44AH) followed by the “DO NOT HUMP” CSXT 994374 Geometry Boxcar… 10 loaded juice reefers and then mixed intermodal. I didn’t get the axle count… It sure is nice to see a 4700 series EMD SD70MAC pulling the intermodal train! ~@MailmanRailfan

Fruit Juicy Florida sunshine. I spotted a lot of single stacks. Is that still because of the Howard St tunnel in B-MO or is there another height restriction? Great work as always. Bill

@@MyBillyC yeah the Howard Street Tunnel is slated to begin in January and last 5-8 months after that we should start seeing double stacked intermodal … as of now the Philly Sub still can’t handle double stacks
