CSX Spirit of Law Enforcement and C&EI Heritage units in Hamilton, OH!

Today we went up to Hamilton, OH to see the C&EI heritage unit and CSX Spirit of Law Enforcement unit. We went up and right when we got their the CSX defect detector got triggered so we were going to try to see the train. As we were going to the spot the train went through. We got some food and we weren’t even able to start eating before another train came through. A southbound with BNSF power was coming and a northbound CSX train was also coming at the same time. After the 2 trains past we changed our spot a couple times to see the C&EI heritage unit. We decided on the southbound track right after the switch at Butler St. The train came with the C&EI heritage unit on it and we got a great video. We stayed there to wait for CSX 3194. We knew it was almost there so we got in our spots and waited. It came but went south on the northbound track so we went down to the Fifth St. grade crossing. We waited and got to see CSX 3194 go by. 3194 had been one I really wanted to see so this was an exciting catch for me.
