We only have like 8 of these 6500 series buses left in our fleet here in Phoenix i love the sound of the ISL engines on these buses they have such a unique sound to them and they have been work horses to say the least.
Actually these 2007 D40LF's are B400R6's. They were the first ones in the fleet with the 6 speed Allison aside from the early 2007 D60LFR's.

When these 2007 D40LFs were first delivered, they were painted white before being applied in the stripe livery. So if I were to guess, sometime in 2007.

The Bahamian/American Transit Fan 2000 Productions I would say the CPTDB wiki is way more accurate. Considering anyone can edit a Wikipedia article and the “Bus routes” tab on the Wikipedia article has awful spelling and grammar.
