3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise for an experienced lifter is hogwash!! Do as many sets as possible till the muscle is fully fatigued! Even if it lasts hours. Train off instinct not what some goofy piece of paper tells you. Get that muscle ,mind connection!

This is how my training is becoming currently I train arms and shoulders once a week I used to do it twice but the fatigue that built up over the last 3-4 years wasn’t worth it anymore but I don’t time my workouts and I just go set after set after set until I bout can’t raise my arms and rinse and repeat the next week my muscle recovery tho is so good from years of training that I could probably work out arms or shoulders for 3 hours and the longest I’m sore for is at the very most 2-3 days is overtraining a myth to me? Not really but everybody is different!!
