Would be "mirada blanca". If you wanted to maybe say it with the exact same meaning you'd have to add an adjective to "mirada", since it's simply a look, without the specificity of "gaze", which adds an underlying tone of superiority in this case, and also of observation and judgement maybe. You'd have to add adjectives like "observante", "contemplante", "juiciosa" (observant, contemplating, and judging respectively), for example, in order to add the desired tone to the "look"
