Tychus' Technical Recruiter lowers the cooldowns of his outlaws' abilities, at the cost of increasing the costs of outlaws and upgrades. To maximize this, I went on a map that's long enough to get all of Tyhchus' upgrades before it ends.

It’s a great prestige. Just a straight up buff to tychus. To be clear it does NOT increase the price of outlaw ability upgrades, just purchasing the outlaws for the first time and takes longer for them to be available

Only 2 commanders have mutas (mengsk,kerri), lings is better at 4(stet,kerri,zagara,mengsk)

So I wonder if you could try to go full abilities with Tychus with this prestige. I found that Lt. Nikara gives you ability damage. So why not go full abilities with Nux, cannonball, tychus, nikara, and Serious? Would love a showcase like that. ^^
