Today we discuss the new ctp of greed to see if it is worth your crystals on my tier 3 Apocalypse in both world boss gameplay and manual/auto timeline battles. Can you kill Jean Grey with it? Almost.

They put the damage proc on separated texts bc the proc takes turn, which means 150% proc on speed/universal type for 5s, and 150% proc on blast/combat for the next 5s and repeat.

Thanos with a ctp of regen + Colossus on the team destroys Jean 99% of the time even on auto. Quicksilver will too even with a regular obelisk.

I think it might be a good ctp for strange, obviously not better than rage but the proc stays through multiple skills so it would be better than a single 200 proc and gives guard break so it might work well on him

I think, just I think.....CTP of Greed procs take turn. ie, first proc to speed and universal, second proc to combat and blast, and continuous. I might be wrong tho

Just a little correction. The ones are appearing are because Jean has 100% mind resistance. Apocalypse only deals damage when he applies his mind resist down while she doesn't have debuff removal active.

destruction is still the best for pvp. I was stuck with that til I gambled a greed and greed... kinda sucks. I was thinking of moving greed to Jean but then I got no one to put regeneration on.

***CYNICALEX*** I've suggested this to MFF but, I believe it would have a better chance gaining traction through you. Alliance leaders having the ability to reward members with items, and or currency. Even if Leaders had to pay a tax of crystals, it would still be a great implementation. Hopefully you see this!!! Bad idea since this would've cost NM future money they could've made and would defeat the purposes of farming since there'd be no point in farming if someone could just give you everything... Which brings up my my last little input and that is the begging nightmare this would cause since everyone would just join a Alliance just to beg for free stuff without even working for it.

Although, mff could limit what you could gift. Plus, if it was taxed to where it would cost the alliance leader more than the item was worth to reattain, it would be an incentive to not just give things away: it would have to be earned.

In my book it's still an all purpose SL ctp for your weaker characters. Giving them everything required to survive and deal just enough damage...

The main draw for CTP of Destruction is penetration, this CTP won't match the value of the Destruction for CM or Silver Surfer (or any characters that lack pierce)

I slapped my 1 CTP of greedy on The Surfer but it does not seem great on him for PVP. Does not seem to make much of a difference. I think increased damage is not as valuable as increased defense in PVP (timeline anyways). Thanks for showing it in PVE!

Greed is middle ground imo, Good for PVP, still decent for PVE. Where Rage is Ass for PVP, but better for PVE. That GBI, with Ignore Dodge and the Heal is excellent for PVP.

I must be missing something. You can get a regular GBI/Ignore Dodge obelisk with a damage proc up to 200% for 5 secs against all types. And while you don't get the MHP, the CTP of greed only gets up to 150% for 5 secs and it may only be good against 2 types unless you play the reroll RNG game.

Peter Smith a damage proc is only for ONE skill, whereas the greed proc lasts for the entire 5 seconds just like a rage so you can spam skills

how can a CTP of destruction with 200% proc could be worse than a 150% proc in the greedy? I mean for pve I think destruction still better, the healing is useless now with this striker system. For pvp if you will be letting go of the invincibility or HP shield, you will wanna be full aggressive so penetration is much more useful, I mean, being real, no one has the type enhancement upgraded, perhaps Thanos for the CTP, but for the majority of players that isn't a reality, and even with that shit, this doesn't really matter to Jean and Thanos.

I can explain why they split the damage increse. I did some checking, when we still could stack up to 100 decrese damage recieved. You saw, that Sentinels "decrease damage from mutants 50%" stacks with Colosus' decrease damage recieved from heroes villians" up to 100% and you see ones of damage. But when i tried mixing Thanos' uniform damage reduction (20% reduct all damage and 30% from heroes) with shuri and colosus, and that was suposed to be 100 from heroes and 105 from villians, but it was still not ones of damage. I did some more testing in PVE so it seems to me, that damage recieved FROM specific characters and reduce\increase ALL\(specific type of damage) are stacking separatly and being multiplied. If you are interested in my maths, just like it, I can go into more details,
