Tony's relatively small bump in performance vs Dormammu is like when I discovered how bad Sentry (the first native T3) is at Knull. They seem to have a habit of not making the first of a type of expensive characters not really worth it for the latest high level content. It's a symptom of their greed: They'll make a character intrinsically strong and expensive, but by only making it strong for the old content they get you to spend all over again to beat the new content. My bet is they'll make up to 4 more T4's good at Ultron before they make one which crushes Dormammu.

I will tell you one thing that after I level up Iron Man to 80, then gave him a CTP of Rage and managed to get my all gears to at least 27 and skills max out after MFF fixed the drop rate I was able to clear Dispatch stages either solo with no support like having characters who are not strong enough on their own and still clear the stage. Yes, I cleared having two Warriors of the Sky , Weapon Hex, and other odd ball stages with just using Iron Man with no support. I only have three comic cards maxed out and working on the others and have low pierce damage around 4% or so and still did good with Iron Man.

Yeah I had 4% pierce with Ironman lvl 80 energy Loki with Transcendence with the +Pierce all atk and WF Obelisk did stage 11 - (12-5) but now I switched to Rage on Loki since discount is on, had transcendence ever since Lady Loki was only uniform. The reforged transcendence worked just had to charge it up for the Good damage if you don't have Rage and got 2 or more Transcendence. I had to try 2 times with Transcendence on 12-5 and didn't test yet with rage Loki atm. But can do stage 6 Dimension Rift now with Loki solo before with Transcendence could only do stage 3. Stage 4 he couldn't take out boss.

Thor will be my first t4 assuming he's getting it next month. It's fitting because he was my first t3 too haha. I'm approaching t4 the same way I did the t3 release. Stack/save resources until a character I care about comes out or until I have a surplus.

This new tier 4 wave has made the game put people in position to craft their cards as a must if you want to move along with the progression of the game. Same. Even if I wait 5+ minutes kicking teams in public until someone actually has a logical setup, it's still a low chance they'll actually have the dumb requirement of 15-25% pierce. I can beat him solo with 10% pierce (though 8+ minute clear...) But the rewards literally aren't worth the struggle. 250 boost points got me 40 souls and no book 🤡

Got characters that should melt Dorm (e.g. Athena, 6* lvl8 artifact, ctp of rage, etc), but run into the 'Pierce Wall' in phase 2. Basically if you have less than ~13% Pierce, you can't finish it solo, or will be a liability and need carried in team. I'm working on raising Pierce, but this event is a bust. So much importance on a stat that a lot won't prioritise, I'll just say I'm not impressed. Edit: To not end on a salty note, GG on your Iron Man bud 😀

So as a test I was running my gambit w a mighty energy with 20% dmg 200% proc and couldn't complete the speed dorm. Swapped to a rage and cleared with 2:30 left. My gambit is stacked but it seems rage handles 2nd phase so much better. #nopitypeter
