The thumbnail made me think about a track that WAS going to be included to the game, but it was discarded. It even got shown in the trailer. So maybe that? It's not the same map btw

If you noticed, this is just one texture used on everything. Eventually a full custom texture would be possible.

Sort of. We are limited to a single 16x16 texture to apply across the entire mesh for now. Full texture support isn't possible yet.
