CTS Full Release V1.0 Announced Jan 28 and two new DLC

The V1.0 release is coming Jan 28 and there are also two new DLC and if you hurry you'll get one of them for free and the other one 50% off. Lets talk about the updates, the new DLC as we read through the announcement.
