CTS Turbo 3 inch Cat Back 1 week Review!

This is a Review of the CTS Turbo 3 inch Cat Back exhaust i installed last week. So far so good

any mods other than the catback that you've done?

Just the exhaust and a Torque Solutions Blow off plate adapter. I want to do an air intake and a tune next, but that’s expensive.

Cat backs offer no horsepower. The blow off valve messes with your air/fuel ratio. Just get a Unitronic stage one tune. You will be extremely happy!

I’m well aware of the lack of performance gains with the cat back I simply enjoy the sound. As for the blow off valve I haven’t noticed the car having AFR issues since it’s been installed. I wouldn’t doubt that older engines would have issues, but this style recirculation valve was just shooting the air back into the intake pipe. With all that said I do plan to do a tune and possibly a downpipe later on into the future when the Impreza is a bit more reliable. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
