Just to confirm. Ctsfo do occasionally “patrol” especially after attacks or if there’s a heightened threat level. They’re usually in vans or plainclothes in cars near to key locations.(not 100% sure on the last part just something I was told when I spoke to one of them)

All of the uniforms are paid assets, some of which was given to me by the author. The base uniform and helmet is by State Zero Mods. The CTSFO plate carrier was given to me by channel partner Moddex Development

You'd need to reinstall EUP and the original LSPDFR data files in order to overwrite the ones put in by the Santos Constabulary pack.
