Paratranspo and equipass prices did not change. This price jump only really affects the seniors who are still earning well or have a healthy retirement. Anyone one on disability (most seniors qualify as disabled) or anyone on a fixed income (the rest of the seniors living off pension and government aid) with still have access to equipass and para transport pass, both of which prices have not been raised.
