Sweet Paul. I will be thinking of you on this next journey to NED. When recalling the days of the terrible suffering with ascites, it is truly remarkable where you are today and what you have overcome. I love the lesson you shared on happiness. You inspire me to move despite some chronic health issues and pain. I will be 54 in August. I feel as though i was 33 just yesterday, fit and strong. When we are young, we never imagine how tired and possibly injured we may become. I was a devoted athlete...ballet, kickboxing, a massage therapist. Some days, my body feels broken. You continue to push through again and again. I wish you and Caroline were close to me. I love you both. Here in USA, i have always called the flannel a wash cloth, though mine are terry fabric. You will be in my thoughts and prayers❤❤

Great planning on your part! You are going to do so well with this surgery! I am so glad you are focusing on high protein and avoiding sugar. Cancer loves sugar - all the medical literature supports this fact. Protein and fat in the right amounts converts to ketones and cancer can not use ketones for growth. Stay the course!!! Yay for Caroline - she is an angel!

Hello Paul, always great to see you. Looks like Barkley has come for his visit. I'm proud you've been going to the home gym. Very very good. I know how important movement is. Oh my, I've totally fallen for Barkley. Hi, Caroline. I'm getting more and more desperate about being able to walk after my surgeries on neck and spine. Before my most favorite thing in life for exercise was walking 5 miles per day. Loved it took all my stress away too. Now, the feeling and difference in not being able to walk is tearing me apart. I'm not giving up trying. I won't stop. Thank goodness I have several other hobbies but none compare to mobility. I'm praying for you and Caroline daily. Looking forward to Noel's bike ride on my birthday. Always a pleasure hearing you and seeing what T-shirt you are wearing. Take care my friend. I am so with you on spa day. Nothing feels better. Yes a facial with washcloth or towelette. Very sad indeed about Dr Dan. I respect him as I do you. Great loss. That's crazy news not being able to shave before hospital.

Well, you've seen how far I've come. Big comebacks are possible, but they take time. Start with taking care of your mental health, then concentrate on consistent exercise with a physiotherapist guiding you. Paul.

I think I've found some crutches that might work! My home isn't wheelchair accessable and i have no control over my legs, and am very brittle boned. I am actually strong, from exercising on the good days, but my spine/body is wrecked. It would certainly make my pup happy if i could throw that frisbee everyday. Goal set! I just love the fun you and Caroline have together. In the USA, we call that a wash rag or wash cloth. I also want to say how much of an inspiration you are. After you get through this surgery and recover, maybe think about being an inspirational speaker. I think it's great that someone is going to translate your videos to other languages. I haven't missed a single video and I know it's a huge task but I think translating all of them would be awesome. I would volunteer but I only speak English 😢

White rice is brown rice with the bran and germ removed. The bran and germ both contain valuable nutrients.
