@Phonenixyz if you live alone it's a lot of money but if you decide the live with a roommate you need to pay 6,000 -7,000 per month including the electricity and water cost as it gets decided between you and your roomate.

hello!!! this might be an odd question but are we allowed rice cookers in our rooms? my old uni didnt allow cooking either but allowed rice cookers so was wondering if it was similar here. also wanted to clarify something that i saw you reply to in another comment here. are guests allowed for single bed studio? the small rooms with only one bed? or are guests only allowed for the big rooms with a separate bedroom? thanks in advance!!! your videos are a lifesaver ❤

Hi as you see the rental information is for 2-6 and 7-12 months but if the duration of course is more than that what is the process like should we apply again can you gave some clarification on it

You need to renew your contract befor it's expired if you wish to stay for longer. For example if you rent a year then 2 weeks prior to the expiry date the office emails you ask you to come to office to either renew or get back you deposit and hand in the key and card.

if you rent the rooms with one bedroom it's ok, else it's not allowed to have someone stay over else that your roommate ;)

Also, I see that there are 3 types of rooms: 1 bed 25 sq. m, 2 beds 25 sq. m, 1 bedroom 50 sq. m . You were referring to the 50 sq. m room? Are the 25 sq. m 1 bed rooms not shared, while the 2 bed ones yes? Thanks again.

@giuseppelista2207 there no one thing I tell you so you can read for all the rules unfortunately :( and by the room you can have guests over, you're right. I mean the 50sq one ;)

@giuseppelista2207 2 type of small rooms are the ones with two beds so you can have roomate but you also can just choose to leave alone and attach the beds together ;)

No one can stay over else that your roomate, although as I mentioned you can have ppl (student/ not student) stay over but in another's type of room. The rules are quite strict but you'll be fine if they don't find out about it ;)
