Don’t have to unbolt engine. I have removed drive shaft several times for repair. Remove pin in front of tranny, and clutch hanger, and shaft will go out on right side behind generator.

My clutch would slip when it got hot because the teaser spring was bad

I have a 1978 1200. And6 when I worked on my clutch I removed the six bolts on the rear end and moved it back pulled the entire drives shaft. I think it's way easier then pulling the engine

The long spring in the back is weak. Replace it .

Lol, yeah it's remove the engine!!! Same as we all do it. There's not an easy way

Some times I can do it but I agree with the engine out its way more easy

why did you change your clutch

Well I don't do pulling but I did that so I can push more snow,plow and do alot more and just increase I did do some tractor pulls

its glazed over just remove that and it will be fine
