Could you start a wav by scratch or upload an image? have weird artistic project trying to figure out the image to wav conversion... any ideas? :) only if you have time

The draw tool in Cubase is there to change a wave form which has been recorded or imported into Cubase. If you import a wave into Cubase, you can edit it. An image doesn't have any audio. The image that you see in the editor is just a representation of the audio wave you see editing. It doesn't work the other way around. You can't create audio from an image.
