We've just bought the Pros with the 625 battery. We are MTB beginners at 56 and 58yrs old respectively! We are loving them. They have opened up a whole new world for us especially when we tour Europe in our RV, (Covid permitting) Thanks for posting the review. There aren’t that many hardtail ebikes out there, but the Cube Reaction Hybrids are top notch. With the new Gen4 Bosch drive unit, these electric MTBs can tackle any mountain.

Amazingly quiet Motor. The CX Motors are much noisier. Do you have a comparison old CX vs Performance Line Gen 3? Is it similar powerful?

Does the XXL frame fit tall guys? I stand at 6.6ft I heard the sizes are different compared to standard bikes.

Well. Been A Cube fanatic for about six years. But Cube, and the Cube dealer(used Wiggle for eight years, two new bikes per year), would not slice me any deal on a new 2022 E-model. The geometry is a drawback. Cube needs sleeker toptube & why 2.6 tires with a 30mm rims, is vexing. Impossible to remove those wide tires on a 30mm rim. 35mm would be more appropriate or simply have 2.35 tires(less rolling resistance, better speed, better battery mileage). I opted for the Scott Aspect e920 purchased in USA. No need to be pissed-off at the $300 import tax. The four month wait was worth-it as I got a beautiful red and not black frame(not being racist, as every Progressive would title that comment). E-bikes should be brightly colored to be noticeable. I slapped-on a-lot of 3M reflective tape(green, to get attention), on the downtube and seatstays. At night, no auto driver has a clue how fast that bicycle is going. Lastly, is the annoying & abusively wasteful...import tax. And for 54 pounds, I paid nearly 300 dollars extra, upon delivery. The surprise in-the-box...a extra battery. Didn't order one, but it came with a 625 & 500w battery. Oh well. Their mistake. I'll keep-it. Completely SX-spec'ed. No NX rear derailleur. And I installed Specialized 2.35 tires. 2.6 treads, wear fast on 30mm rims.

Which suspension fork you would recommend for upgrade on reaction hybrid performance ? Budget below 500 usd.

Anything 120mm should work great for you. One of the popular ones you see on more expensive models is the rockshox Judy which may keep you in that budget.

I've always thought the rockshox RL Gold 120mm was the best bang for buck upgrade over a basic coil fork, Great work horse for the price. But yeah if you want spend closer to 500 the Judy is a popular choice.

These are class 1 eBikes so 20mph top speed pedal assist. Class 3 would be 28mph top speed pedal assist

After about 3 years the last Keurig stopped working kzbin.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf initially was able to unblock, however eventually we couldn't fix. That one was a replacement unit sent by the manufacturer after we had problems with our very first Keurig. This works fine (lol, at least for now) however I didn't realize the water reservoir was so much smaller than our prior unit. With 2 people having one or two cups of coffee each morning, it seems like I'm refilling it daily. Otherwise just happy to have the convenience of pod coffee vs. making a morning pot.
