The exhibition is delightful. They brought paintings from Spain and other museums in US. An unique opportunity to enjoy great art: many Picasso's. I enjoyed Juan Gris' work. Never have seem them together and the effect is really marvelous. Thank you The Met Museum!

The exhibit opens with a stunning sign: “Cubism” is painted to look like carved letters and the rest of the title positioned below is actually carved out. I have a feeling most people missed this. Sorry it didn’t get more notice. Anyone else notice it??? Great show and great sign.

Excelent description and magnificent artworks. Thanks to all that have dedicated to this great exhibition, and to the museums that have made possible to look at all these cubist works that are related to trompe l’ oeil.
