I developed cuboid syndrome within the duration of one day, the pain was about 3/7. Then I found this video and tried this method. Turned out my foot became more painful (5/7) more warm and more swollen. However, surprisingly, the pain disappeared completely the next day. Thank you.

I`ve suffered with this for nearly 2 years & after watching the video twice my 14 yr old daughter put the cuboid back in place, the relief was felt immediately in my foot. I now owe her £15 for the pleasure! Best money I`ve ever spent.

Thank you Dr. Dananberg. Your video instructions alleviated the nightly foot pain I had after an ankle sprain 5 months ago. I did the manipulation to myself and I felt immediate relief of the stiffness and pain along the sides, top of toes' bones and side bone.. Thank you, again!

@@dalemassicotte6198 hi dale ,I've only got two hands so you'll have to make do with a written explanation rather than a video. It was my left foot and I use my left hand to hold my foot in the inverted position and used my right hand to balance a lipsol/ ChapStick container between the base of my right palm and the cuboid and pushed against it. I previously used a small travel sized shampoo bottle with the conveniently shaped top. Where there's a will.. good luck!

It's not as effective doing it by myself, I wonder who would do the best out of a chiro pod and pt the chiropractor did better for less, wouldn't imagine it be valued 75 $ insurance copay but just 30 bucks maybe I should make a Craigslist ad lol

It turns out I had nothing wrong with my cuboid, I had plantar fasciitis. It took a steroid shot and about a year to fully heal up

The outer part of my right foot had been hurting for two about weeks. The pain seemed to be coming from the area where the cuboid is so I looked into what might have caused it. I ended up finding this video and tried this on my foot. The pain went away almost instantly. :)

Please be sure to cut your nails regularly. Your patient should not have had such marks on his foot after treatment. Otherwise, very interesting. Thanks for the video.
