Totally loving the assertiveness from Coach Black and especially growth of discipline! However, the technique isn’t right in the stunts. The bases are punching the toe instead of opening the hand(fingers) and getting a really good firm grip on the foot. Majority of the foot should be in the palm and the fingers should be open. Almost like holding a football. Coaches let’s be a little more consistent with our rules! Coach Bkack’s daughter still doesn’t have on shoes and neither does the the girl with high ponytail that thinks she can debate and everything! They are really too old to be acting the way they do. They need more discipline!!!!! Also stunts are not gonna go well when the athletes don’t have athletic length nails. The acrylics must go! It’s a huge safety hazard just like the jewelry! But there is some improvement. Love to see that things are progressing slowly but surely

I think they need to be more professional and use better technique period. Like in tumbling they do layouts with bent legs and piked. They don’t even try to fix the technique and then encourage them to do new skills, none of them should be working speciality passes.

i love this team and the coaches so much keep working harddd!!!!! also i think the team is perfectly fine with what they wear to practice if they are comfortable in it as long as they’re able to complete what’s asked of them, the comments aren’t considering the fact they’re on camera not everyone is comfortable with wearing “workout” attire. anyways love y’all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if the girls don't come to practice on time and dressed in the appropriate attire then they should be sent home. they'll start coming correct after they have real consequences. Really hoping stunts are as big of a struggle as last season. Looking forward to seeing you guys this season.

Keri (hope I spell your name right, if not I’m sorry) you are a left tumbler. A left tumbler is someone who does skills like round offs, front walk overs, fulls, etc. going towards the left. However, you were doing a right front walk over. That may be the reason that it is hard for you to connect the skills. The best option to fix the problem would be to learn how to do a left front walk over, so completing the skill won’t feel so awkward.

Their tumbling can honestly be fixed with reps because a lot of them seem to have a level 4 tumbling skill set. Their biggest problem is stunting. The girls do not have the right stunting technique and if they can’t hold extensions up they are definitely not going to be able to do level 4 stunts very well.

They really do need a professional tumbling and stunting coaches to come in and give them a workout regimen to use all season. SOMETHING! At my gym we have practice wear and assigned days to wear it..we already condition daily but if you don’t wear the practice wear you have extra conditioning..it really makes us wear what we are supposed to wear cause nobody wants to do 15 minutes of jumps or bear crawls or dead mans lol

Tumbling without ur cheer shoes on is a sure way too brake ur ankles ur not an Olympic gymnast yet.
