i dont think ive ever seen a video of the flyer Phoenix flying comfortable, meaning every time i see her she is either looking confused, wobbly or just not tight. as a level 4 team flyer should look comfortable. i personally think reevaluations need to be done on this team for positions, just because someone is small does not make them a flyer.overall this was deff CUCs best performance this season!

I'm replying 2 years or 3 years later, and honestly, she still wasn't confident or comfortable with flying during season 10. And I assume she flew during season 9 as well and more than likely wasn't confident or comfortable

This routine has the potential to be really good. Seems like Phoenix still doesn’t know the counts for her stunts so they need to work on that and also the pyramid seems very off. We’re the two baskets supposed to go at different times and be two different baskets? That looked weird to me. How many teams competing in their category?

I definitely understand the frustration with Phoenix, she needs to have more confidence while flying and learn how to stand up on own instead of depending on her bases so much, she really has to focus on squeezing! But I agree with coach Tajah yelling at her will only make her performance worse & confidence lower. Overall great performance, first place well deserved!

I really like this team but I always say DNT allow ur bad behavior too control ur destiny most times u will always be a #3 or almost made it. This time the talking not listening too ur coaches ladies this can mean colleges see u may wanna follow u too give u a full ride but if ur bad behavior is controlling ur destiny u WNT make it there bc nobody wants somebody who doesn’t listen. It’s just further proof that the smallest girl doesn’t need to necessarily be a flyer. And I’m not saying that that’s their tactic. I’m sure they went through all the girls to decide who was going to be in here. Nervous, being afraid, and bases and back spotter also all a part of it. Communication is another big thing. The bases aren’t communicating with the flier and it’s just a mess. I’m also seeing a lot of attitude coming from those bases. I get it, there’s a lot of nerves running crazy, everyone’s wanting to do good, but blaming each other is not the way to fix things. I think the coach really did a good job at stopping the blame game and the arguing. Just more practice 💜

Please work on being tight and CLEAN!!!!! The routine has sooo much potential but the execution is HORRIBLE!!!!! Coaches is too many girls on the mat with too much down time. Best performance this season I’m proud of them definitely need to work more on stunts for the flyers or search for better flyers I was sooo impressed with how tumbling has progressed also I saw a lack of energy from a few members during the dance I think it has a lot to do with with how it was rehearsed don’t settle for always being just good enough to be the 4th 3rd or 2nd best loser get 1st y’all can do it the talent is there but the Maturity of the team is very low and it’s holding everyone back

from a D1 gym allstar cheerleader on level 3 crossing over to level 4 that was a hot mess. athletes should not yell at their teammates that is rude and unprofessional it's only the coaches job to yell at the flyers or bases, backspots and etc. the girls missed half of their stunts because of the flyer getting blocked this may come off rude but yall need to do better.

They did good now they need to work on cleaning it up and make sharp and neat. I feel like something that’ll help them is more team members so they’re all fighting for their spot cos rn they know they can’t be replaced bcs no one is there to. They need have competition within their team. Last season they had that and was fighting to be centre stunt they knew if they messed up they’ll get put in the back. I feel like the flyers should be trained to fly beforehand and not just putting the smallest ppl in the air bcs it’s easier cos they’ll struggle and it’ll annoy the whole stunt group when they can’t hit cos they can’t fly. I felt so bad for Phoenix but she’s what I’m talking about cos she’s small y’all made her fly and she’s struggling but she’s doing a really good job but maybe more flying classes cos this is a competitive team

as a cheerleader, flyers need to learn on how to lock their knees, keep their faces up and give attitude. their stunt sequence is so good and they can make it look good by being sassy and doing facials, even just smiling. some of the flyers really really need to work on locking their knees and squeezing everything! they look so scared of being in a literal half! and maybe don’t put them in stunts they’re struggling to hit. bases need to work together as a group and not get mad at each other if the stunt isn’t going up. give the flyer advice and personally what helps me is figure out what i did wrong in my stunt. work on motions, facials, and things like that. overall it was great. ( no hate )

When i cheered competitively I was a backspot/base & I FELT THIS I agree with everything..You can be small & skinny but If you don't hold ur own weight, lock your knees & overall have horrible technique it feels like you weigh 100+ pounds, you're literally making your bases hold dead weight & you will not stay up in the air b/c science lol It irritates me severely when flyers make the bases/backspot work harder then needed b/c now it's like OK girl, Its only so much we can do & you're putting all of us in danger, b/c your technique is horrible, get it together. I was shocked at the lack of emotion of the flyer who feel & energy, like she literally put no effort in to stay up. Other than that, they looked great, motionswere sharp & improving. I loved it 😍
